Great location, fabulous restaurant with amazing service (many thanks to Robert the restaurant manager - he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome) and the food was fantastic. All the staff are so welcoming.

This hotel is excellent. Just a 10 minute walk from the railway station and about the same to the town centre. It is lovely inside and our room was fantastic..very stylish, quite big and comfortable. Everything was cleaned extremely well and the staff were all very pleasant and helpful. We loved Chantilly and spent most of our days in and around the town rather than travelling in to Paris.

The hotel was so well placed and easy to get to from Calais. The ‘close’ proximity to Paris makes its perfect to get to by train, around 25min, with the train station literally around 4 minutes walk away. The staff are friendly and so accommodating and the room was very comfortable, clean and on par with more expensive hotels I would say. We unfortunately didn’t have an opportunity to enjoy the evening meal and the bar facilities but given everything else I have no doubt it was good. The breakfast had a fair variety of options, it wasn’t huge but was perfect for us. We will be returning to France at some point in the next 6 months and have already said we would make Chantilly and the BW our base as we would love to see more of the surrounding area and the city itself . 🙂

Spacious and meticulously clean room. Professional staff. Bright and welcoming lobby. The staff were helpful in storing our luggage when we arrived early, until check-in time. Good location close to train station and about 15 minutes on foot to the castle. Just what we needed and wanted for our trip.

Very spacious room, nice linens, comfortable bed. It's great to find 2 chairs in a room, plus and desk and a small table. Quiet and peaceful. The affiliated restaurant, Le Cob, has very good food and charming waiters.

Great location to explore Chantilly and for the races. A selection of bars, restaurants and cafes all within easy walking distance. Hotel very modern, clean and comfortable. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

One of my favorite stays in France, the Hotel du Parc Chantilly is well-appointed and very clean. The room was roomy for a European hotel room, and the location is superb. It’s an easy walk to many restaurants and a grocery, as well as to the entrance to the Chateau near the horse museum. The staff was warm and helpful.

The room was lovely - we had a family room and it was perfectly laid out. It was clean and had everything we needed. The restaurant was closed on Sunday night, but we were given recommendations of where we could eat and we got tickets for the castle from Reception. My daughter lost her favourite toy while we were there and we only realised when we were back in England. They not only found the toy, but also arranged for it to be sent back to us. The service was amazing!

We especially liked the big steam room. We were able to privatize it for almost an hour (but there was an extra cost of 15€ per person). The bed was comfortable.
